Centennial's new eCooking Series: Blending Culinary Education with Entertainment

Can you actually learn how to cook online? We believe you can. The School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts is releasing the first episode of our new eCooking series today.

These visually stimulating videos will help you prepare simple, exquisite meals that will evoke a sensory experience right in your home. This series features three members of Centennial College’s new culinary team - Chef James Smith, Chef Robert Rainford and Chef Mike Ward -  who each bring a diverse and varied background and experience to this series.
One new episode of the series will be released monthly as a countdown to the school’s grand re-opening in the Centennial Residence and Culinary Arts Centre currently under construction at Progress Campus.
