The Governance of the CCRA
The CCRA Board of Directors, (see "About CCRA") meets at least four times per year to deal with routine business, to solve problems as they arise, to plan activities, and to address matters of policy.
We are guided in these responsibilities by our Mission Statement, our Constitution and our By-Laws.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
